Adecco announces its 2019 ‘CEO for One Month’

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – June 7th 2019. Adecco Malaysia has selected the winner of this year ‘CEO for One Month’ programme. The successful candidate will work alongside Mr Andree Mangels, General Director, Adecco Malaysia & Vietnam in July 2019. Gaining the once-in-a-lifetime experience, the newly-appointed will accompany Andree in his daily tasks of running the business in Kuala Lumpur office and acquire a privileged overview of management in a complex, global organization.

Low Chin Cheng is officially our 2019 Malaysia ‘CEO for One Month’! With the experience as the General Manager of Saltycustoms and also an interesting graphic design background, Chin Cheng establishes herself as a young talent in leadership roles.

Chin Cheng is amongst the 46 outstanding future leaders chosen from over 260,000 applicants to be Adecco’s ‘CEO for One Month’ in their respective countries. She will work alongside Andree Mangels, Adecco Malaysia’s Country Manager, the firm’s leadership teams, gaining invaluable job experience along the way.

The unique program, now in its sixth year, provides opportunities for candidates to step into the shoes of business leaders in 47 countries within the Adecco Group’s global network. After completing their national ‘CEO for One Month’ assignment, ten of these talented candidates will be selected to attend a rigorous but inspiring boot camp in London – where their collaboration and innovation skills will be tested. The only one will then be selected to shadow The Adecco Group CEO, Alain Dehaze, for one month. It is the experience of a lifetime and has a long-lasting impact on the individuals who take part.

It helps young people thrive in their careers and increase their confidence and exposure, by giving them highly effective work-based learning inside a Fortune 500 company.
