Job Purpose: The incumbent is to be part of the Kuala Lumpur Shared Service Centre (KLSSC) Broking Operations team that is responsible for processing tasks and supporting the business stakeholders for back-end broking functions.
Principle Accountabilities
Delivery Management
To ensure timely delivery based on the agreed standard and productivity in order to meet SLA and Metrics on Accuracy, Productivity and TAT per agreed standards with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient deliveries
Process Management
Ensure seamless and timely delivery of tasks assigned based on agreed standards, accuracy and productivity Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization’s standards and SOPs
Where needed, to interact with stakeholders to ensure proper execution of tasks
Provide support to Team Leader / Team Manager on work Allocation of tasks; follow-up till completion including capturing of transactional data accurately
Compliance
Adhere to audit sampling guidelines / SOX
Ensure adherence to policies & procedures as per organization’s standards and laid out SOPs
Providing recommendations and highlight areas of improvement tied to analysis and assessment of credit process related risks
Requirements:
Education Essential
Degree Holder
Skills & Abilities:
Good command of spoken Cantonese and English, written English
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
Good Communication, Influencing and Negotiation skills
Team player, able to work collaboratively with a wide variety of people with diverse viewpoints and background
Able to work in high stress environment
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Must be savvy with system application
